WELCOME EVERYONE!

I Hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Ours was a joy since we spent it with this little guy.
He has just learned how to give hugs and he spent the weekend giving his grandma and grandpa lots of love.
Just what we needed after the horrible weeks of home repairs we have had around here.  :)

And now is Monday. Back to reality and recharged and ready to face another week.

A SMALL CHANGE IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM

Hello everyone.
Is it Friday yet? LOL
I has been a long week and I am very much looking forward to the weekend, especially since our son and family will be coming down for the weekend and we will be able to enjoy our little grandbaby. :)

So before this week ends, I am sharing with you a small change I made to the laundry room.

DIY OUTDOOR SOLAR CHANDELIER

Hi, there!
I hope you are all doing well.

It has been a long week for me already and it is only Tuesday. :) The house repairs continue and I haven't had a minute of peace. Hope it all ends soon and ends well.

In the middle of all this chaos and while I am sitting at home waiting on the window company, I thought
I share with you a small post about how we put together our pergola chandelier.

Many of you commented on it and asked questions, so here it is, a quick tutorial for a super easy project.

TUESDAYS AT OUR HOME #166 & FEATURES

WELCOME EVERYONE!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Ours was exhausting and full of home repairs from the damage we suffered during that awful hail storm back in April.

This weekend out roof got completely replaced.
The crew worked from sun up to sun down all Friday and Saturday. Sunday was dedicated to do all the clean up.
What a mess! Can't explain to you what our yards ( front and back) looked like.

The roof is now finished and we are the proud owners of a brand new thirty year roof. :)
More repairs continue, windows, gutters and siding.
Hope we never have to go through this again.

Last week we had another fabulous party.
Lets visit some of those bloggers!

Lori at Dining Delight created a gorgeous summer tablescape in her cabana.

Mindi at My Love2Create built a beautiful A- frame crate.
Great tutorial!

Christine at Little Brags shared how to DIY a wire hanging basket on an old pulley.

Jessica at Living la vida Holoka made beautiful 4th of July firework cupcakes.

Rhonda at Ramblings of a Southern Girl gave her lake home a beautiful bedroom makeover.

Brooke at Creative Country Mom's Vintage Home & Garden shared a beautifully decorated corner of her home.

Michelle at A Dish Of Daily Life  shared a wonderful seafood pasta recipe.

Thank you to all who took the time to participate!

OUR NEW OUTDOOR DINING AREA

Hello everyone.
I hope your week is going well.
Life has been busy around here, but what's new. :)
We have been working on our outdoor areas for a long while now and little by little everything is getting finished
and finally coming together.

Our outdoor dining area has come a long way and although we still have to build the outdoor kitchen one of these days when it stops raining and add a few final touches, it is already finished enough for us to be able to enjoy
a nice meal outdoors.
